Wear What You Dare! Update: The Meththa Foundation

We hope you are looking forward to our Halloween extravaganza next weekend. Gecko Sri Lanka is proud to announce that proceeds from this event will help fund The Meththa Foundation’s artificial limb fitting project in Sri Lanka.

The Meththa Foundation is a registered UK Charity dedicated to driving rehabilitation initiatives in Sri Lanka. The foundation’s immediate objective, which will be supported by this event, is to provide artificial limbs to people who lost their limbs as a result of the civil conflict, predominantly but not exclusively in the Vanni region. The charity’s long term aims include the establishment of Rehabilitation Centres of Excellence in Sri Lanka to undertake rehabilitation of a variety of chronic disabling conditions in Sri Lanka.
We hope you will turn out in numbers next Saturday to support this worthy cause!
